Cancellation Policy for Accelerated High Conflict Co-Parenting Classes

Refunds
Participants are eligible for a full refund, minus processing fees, if they cancel their enrollment at least 24 hours before the course begins. No refunds will be issued for no-shows.

If the presenter must cancel for any reason, participants will automatically be enrolled in the next available session. If you prefer to receive a refund instead, please email [email protected] to request one.

Attendance Policy
Participants are required to be on the Zoom with their cameras on for the entire duration of the class. Participants who miss more than 15 minutes of any of the three workshop days will forfeit their Certificate of Completion.

If a participant misses 15 minutes or less of a class, the instructor may, at their discretion, allow the student to schedule a make-up session.

For the make-up session, the student must pay the instructor an additional $245 for a one-hour, one-on-one session. This fee is in addition to the full course price.

The make-up session must be scheduled during the week following the workshop. The student must attend all subsequent classes for that workshop with no further absences. If the make-up session is not scheduled within seven days of the workshop, the student forfeits the opportunity for a make-up and the Certificate of Completion.

By enrolling in the course, participants agree to abide by this cancellation and attendance policy.
